TORONTO, Nov. 12, 2025--Mark Bluman of Colombia on Phelina de Septon won the US$35,250 McKee Family International Challenge at the Royal Winter Fair Wednesday night.Mark and the 10-year-old mare maneuvered the 1.45-meter course in 55.40 secs. keeping all the rails up.This was the second victory for the pair this year.USA's Alex Matz on Junior Kannan, 11-year-old gelding, was runner-up on 58.

Restrictions eased for Russian and Belarusian athletes at FEI events
An important decision was made at the General Assembly of the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) in Hong Kong: As of January 1, 2026, athletes from Russia and Belarus will once again be allowed to participate in FEI competitions under a neutral flag.
