The legal dispute centered on the sale of the top mare Nikka VD Bisschop and dragged on for around two years.

At the age of only 12, the stallion had to be euthanized this Thursday morning due to a serious injury he sustained while being unloaded in Leipzig. As Christian Ahlmann announced on social media, D'Aganix 2000 Z was able to free himself from the truck while being unloaded for reasons that are still unclear.
