The United States Equestrian Federation has revealed new details regarding the 2026 USEF Eventing Elite Programs as preparations for the 2026 FEI World Championships in Aachen intensify.Boyd Martin, currently ranked World Number 2 in eventing, is prominently featured with four horses listed in the U.S. Eventing Elite Program.

Laura Collett (GBR), the current individual European eventing champion, has suffered an injury that has forced her to take an unexpected break. The rider reported on her social media channels that she broke her collarbone last week, but has already undergone successful surgery. According to her own statements, she is now on the road to recovery and is looking positively to the future.

The FEI Tribunal has handed down a verdict against US event rider Andrew McConnon and banned him for 20 months for horse abuse. The ban came into effect on January 8, 2025 and ends on September 8, 2026. In addition, a fine of CHF 2,500 was imposed.
