Israel's Sydney Shulman Desiderio on Villamoura captures Wellington's Premiere WEF 1.40-meter open jumper Friday.
Sydney and the 17-year-old mare completed the course in 62.461 secs., among the 17 combinations with no faults.
USA team rider Lillie Keenan on Opium JW van de Moerhoeve TN was runner up on 63.964. Lillie and the 12-year-old stallion have competed on both sides of the Atlantic since she took over the ride almost four years ago.
Beat Mandli of Switzerland on Diamantina Z, one of his four mounts in the competition with 41 starting, placed third on 65.786.
