France's Nina Mallevaey Takes Toronto 1.50m International Challenge

First Win in Americas on 9-Year-Old Destine

TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2025--Nina Mallevaey won the 1.50-meter International Challenge Thursday for the French rider's first win in the Americas on Destine to Be.

Nina who took over the ride on the nine-year-old gelding in Europe in the spring of 2024 was double clear in the US$31,500 competition and a jump-off time of 35.14 secs. K. Cooper and A. Doswell bred the Diamant de Semilly x Grandilot son. He is owned by the Rein Family LLC. HERE to the horse profile of Destine to Be.

Daniel Bluman of Israel on the eight-year-old mare Rebelline de Kwakenbeek was runner-up as one of six double clears and a time of 36.23 secs.

Canada's Kyle Timm on Atomica des Sequoias, 11-year-old mare, was third on 36.73.
