Alex Granato and Cupcake had the recipe for success in Traverse City, baking up a flawless performance to win the $10,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby at the Spring Horse Show I.
With finesse, polish, and undeniable presence, the pair charmed both judges and spectators alike as they sailed to the top of the leaderboard.
Granato rode with his signature sharp style, letting the sweet-as-her-name Cupcake shine over every fence. It wasn’t just a win—it was a masterclass in consistency and connection.
Traverse City got a treat this week, and it came with sprinkles on top.
