Entries and stall reservations for the 2025 Summer Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala are now available. The series will run from June 4 to August 10, offering an improved indoor schedule aimed at providing a cooler environment for competitors. This year features 10 weeks of competitions sanctioned by US Equestrian (USEF), alongside nine weeks of Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) events for the first time.
Whats New
Indoor Arena 5 has been upgraded with GGT footing, increasing the total number of air-conditioned indoor arenas to six, while climate-controlled barns will ensure comfort for both horses and participants. The international competition will be held in the WEC Grand Arena, with air-conditioned schooling options available in Indoor Arena 3. Key events include the $40,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby and the South Standlee/USHJA National Hunter Derby Regional Championship, scheduled for Week V and Week II, respectively. How to Book
Reservations for circuit stalls are priced at $2,700, with full payments due by May 21, 2025. Participants can reserve stalls online via HorseShowing.com, and a deposit is required. Weekly stall, tack stall, and paddock bookings are also available, with fees of $375 each. A partnership with EquiTrace® EventPass has been formed to streamline horse health documentation, mandating that all exhibitors upload necessary health records before arrival. The facility provides various lodging options for attendees, including luxury rooms and RV park facilities, and is open to vendor applications and corporate sponsorship inquiries.
