Charlotte Fry and Glamourdale win Grand Prix in Basel
Strong performances set stage for Freestyle showdown

Charlotte Fry (GBR) and her charismatic partner Glamourdale lived up to their billing as favourites by winning the Grand Prix at the Les Trois Rois FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final 2025 in Basel. Scoring 77.152%, the pair topped the 17-strong field and secured the best starting position for Saturday’s Freestyle Final.
Isabell Werth (GER), making her 26th World Cup Final appearance, finished second with DSP Quantaz on 74.848%, while Isabel Freese (NOR) and Total Hope OLD claimed third with 74.413%—marking a historic first Final podium finish for a Norwegian rider.

Among the standout rides were several powerful mares, including Maxima Bella, Florine OLD, and Forever Young HRH, each adding brilliance to an already competitive field.
As all riders exceeded the 60% qualifying threshold, all 17 combinations will return for the Freestyle, which begins Saturday at 19:30 CET. With tight scores and high-quality partnerships, the battle for the 2025 title remains wide open.
