Evan Coluccio and Graffiti Top $20,000 Golden Ocala Hunter Derby

Polished rounds and standout scores seal the win in competitive 3’6”–3’9” field

The $20,000 Golden Ocala 3’6”–3’9” Hunter Derby wrapped up with a standout performance from Evan Coluccio, who piloted Graffiti to the top of the leaderboard against 16 other competitive entries.

Coluccio and Graffiti Lead the Classic Round

Graffiti, a 13-year-old Selle Français gelding (Untouchable x Gardene du Plessis), set the pace early with a smooth and stylish classic round. The pair’s flowing track and consistent rhythm earned a leading score of 92, putting them out front heading into the handy.

Handy Round Seals the Victory

Returning with the same confidence, Coluccio elevated his performance in the handy round, delivering a polished and efficient trip that earned a score of 94. Their combined total of 186 proved untouchable, securing the derby win and capping off a standout day in the arena.
