"Win a 5*, get a free haircut 💇♂️🫣 A bet is a bet after all!", writes the Swiss Felix Vogg on his Instagram page. After making history for Switzerland last weekend with his victory in the MARS Maryland 5* eventing, he lost a bet — his bet stake: to shave off his hair. In a video, the eventing rider is seen sitting in the stable tent as his hair is shaved with a horse clipper. HERE is the link to the Instagram video.

FEI Tribunal imposes 20-month ban on Andrew McConnon
The FEI Tribunal has handed down a verdict against US event rider Andrew McConnon and banned him for 20 months for horse abuse. The ban came into effect on January 8, 2025 and ends on September 8, 2026. In addition, a fine of CHF 2,500 was imposed.
