Adrienne Lyle Leads Prize Money Rankings at Global Dressage Festival

American rider prepares for World Cup Final in Switzerland

Adrienne Lyle’s recent wins on Helix in the CDI5* have propelled her to the forefront of the Global Dressage Festival's prize money standings for this premier winter equestrian series. Lyle, a three-time Olympian including the recent Paris Games, has accumulated $36,900 riding the 13-year-old gelding, who is owned by Zen Elite Equestrian Center located in Ft. Lauderdale. She is scheduled to travel to Basel, Switzerland by month's end to participate in the World Cup Final, marking the USA’s sole appearance in any international dressage championship this year.

Following Lyle in the rankings is fellow Wellington-based competitor Kevin Kohmann, who has earned $28,000 riding Dünensee. Kohmann led the prize money standings for two weeks earlier in the season and continues to maintain a strong position. Evelyn Eger, representing Germany on Tabledance, dropped to third place this season with earnings of $27,750 after leading her team to victory in the Nations Cup. In fourth, Anna Marek from the Ocala area has $27,300, reinforcing her status as a competitor for the USA, especially after her participation in the 2023 Pan American Games and the upcoming World Cup Final along with Kohmann.

Julio Mendoza Loor, Ecuador’s first Olympic dressage competitor, follows closely with $21,200 from his performances. He competes from Columbus, North Carolina and aims to represent the USA in the future. Rounding out the top six is Felicitas Hendricks from Germany, who earned $16,800 riding Drombusch in the Global circuit. Other notable competitors include Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén with $13,950 from Sweden and Kasey Perry-Glass, who secured $10,300. The final weeks of the Global Dressage Festival culminate at the end of March as competitors vie for higher rankings and prize money.
