“This pivotal role will guide Canada’s top dressage athletes and horses, shaping and executing EC’s high-performance strategy,” the federation stated. “The Technical Advisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight-—supporting athletes on their pathway to excellence and serving as chef d’equipe at championships and major games.
“EC is looking for a proven leader with international Grand Prix experience, who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments.
“Strong communication, analytical and strategic planning skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of FEI (International Equestrian Federation) regulations and Safe Sport practices.”
Applicants should submit via email to cpeters@equestrian.ca a letter outlining qualifications and vision for Canadian dressage high performance, a current résumé highlighting relevant experience and three professional references.
