The WEC Stadium came alive as the $15,000 UF Veterinary Hospital USHJA National 3’ Open Hunter Derby opened the day’s competition, welcoming 20 horse-and-rider combinations to the ring. Among the competitive field, Jennifer Jones guided Cece Williamson’s Endgame to a commanding performance and top honors.
Classic Round Highlights Rising Talent
Despite being only the coming 10-year-old’s third outing in a hunter derby, Endgame demonstrated maturity and style beyond his years. The pair earned a strong score of 91 in the classic round, placing them second heading into the handy.
Consistency in the Handy Seals the Win
Returning to the ring for the handy round, Jones and Endgame maintained their composure and consistency, repeating their score of 91. With a two-round total of 182, the pair secured the victory, highlighting both Jones’ expert guidance and Endgame’s promising talent as a rising star in the hunter derby ranks.

The $15,000 UF Veterinary Hospital Open Hunter Derby once again showcased the precision, scope, and rideability required to excel at the national level, with Jones and Endgame setting a high standard for the rest of the field.
