Madison Kondracki Takes the STX Speed Course by Storm at HITS Ocala

Madison Kondracki's homebred Hanoverian gelding and speed class expert E Storm Cat handily won the $15,000 STX Open Speed class at HITS Ocala on Friday.

Kondracki aims to defend her title as STX Speed Series winner

The pair is back at the top of the leaderboard for the 2026 STX Open Speed Series with this win and seeking the high point rider award after they were crowned the STX Open Speed Series winner last year. They also won the inaugural STX Open Speed Series in 2024.

Rounding out second and third

Vincente Guillen opened the stride of the Zangersheide gelding BIngo des Sequoias Z on the long ride to last fence, securing second place during the HITS Ocala January Festival II among the field of 19.

Sarah Invicta Williams and Foxxy, a Dutch Warmblood mare, finished third in the 1.35 meter class.
