The R+L Annex Arena took center stage Friday evening at World Equestrian Center – Wilmington (WEC) for the Midwest Indoors II edition of the annual WEC Medal Final. Nearly 40 riders contested the two-phase equitation championship, divided into the 3’ & 3’3” section and the 2’ & 2’6” section.
Athletes first completed a course designed by Scott Alder before returning for the flat phase, where precision and consistency proved essential. In the 3’ & 3’3” height, Ivy Lampert delivered poised, accurate performances in both phases to rise to the top and secure the championship title.
