Lisa Goldman-Smolen Captures the $60,000 FarmVet Grand Prix

Lisa Goldman-Smolen knew when to hold him off and when to let him go, helping her to nail the jump-off and win the $60,000 FarmVet Grand Prix with her own 9-year-old Belgian Warmblood stallion Romeo B. The duo topped the leaderboard by about half a second, executing their winning trip immediately following that of the runner-up, Laura Gaither and the 9-year-old Selle Francais gelding Hop Mouche.

Todd Minikus and the 9-year-old Zangersheide mare Chacoons Bellis Z finished third.

From the field of 19, seven qualified for the jump-off, where six went double-clear.
