Mark Finnerty topped the leaderboard in the $24,999 Open Classic 1.40m, sponsored by Marshall+Sterling Equine Insurance, at the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Thermal, delivering a composed double-clear performance aboard Madagaskar to secure the victory.

Setting the Standard

Finnerty advanced to the jump-off with a fault-free first round before returning with an efficient and polished effort against the clock. Stopping the timers in 33.050 seconds, the pair combined speed and accuracy to establish a benchmark that would hold through the remainder of the class.

Podium Finishers

Avery Griffin claimed second place aboard Bodega Semilly after a competitive jump-off round, while Cassio Rivetti secured third with a consistent performance riding AGS Casallida.

International-Caliber Competition

The Open Classic showcased top-level sport and depth of talent at the World Cup™ Thermal venue, underscoring the strength of the 1.40m field and the precision required to contend at the international level.
