Today in the desert, Major League Show Jumping (MLSJ) begins with the $32,000 1.45m FEI 2* Speed by Alora Sporthorses class. There are 52 entries, including the second-place finisher in last week's $32,000 1.45m FEI 2* Speed by Brainjuice - Erynn Ballard with the Oldenburg stallion Chatadel PS, who turns 9 in January.

Aaron Vale and the 8-year-old Oldenburg gelding Messbluecento PS won the $1,000 1.40m FEI 5* Normal Two Phase. It was the first class of week two at Desert International Horse Park for the final leg (Leg 7) of Major League Show Jumping for 2025. Vale's fellow Archers team member Francisco Goyoaga Mollet of Spain finished second with the 9-year-old mare Chaccolina 9.

Week two of the final leg (Leg 7) of Major League Show Jumping begins today as part of the Palm Springs Horse Show in Thermal, California. First up at the Desert International Horse Park is the $1,000 1.40m FEI 5* Normal Two Pase, with 56 entries.
