Ashley Holzer rides Hawtins San Floriana to Wellington CDI3* Grand Prix Win

Ashley Holzer rode Hawtins San Floriana to victory in the Wellington's Global Dressage Festival CDI3* Grand Prix on a personal best score and the 14-year-old mare's first career win.
Ashley of Wellington, Florida and Hawtins San Floriana scored 70.261%, the pair's first Grand Prix result of 70% in almost two years at Big Tour for the British-bred horse owned by Diane Fellows and Ashley.
Spain's Pablo Gómez Molina and Ulises de Ymas, 16-year-old P.R.E. gelding, was runner-up on 67.848%.
Christian Simonson, also based in Wellington, and Fleau de Baian placed third on 67.805%. The KWPN stallion was developed and competed by Adelinde Cornelissen for the Netherlands until bought two years ago by Heidi Humphries of Zen Elite Equestrian Center for Christian.
