Rodrigo Pessoa and Corrie 9 Take the CSI5* Two Phase at WEF

Rodrigo Pessoa and the 11-year-old Westphalian mare Corrie 9 won the CSI5* $32,000 Dodd Technologies Two Phase on Wednesday during the first day of competition week five of the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in Wellington.

Erynn Ballard aboard the 9-year-old Oldenburg stallion Chatadel PS was the runner-up in the 1.45-meter class.

Marilyn Little and Narado, an 8-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding, finished third.

In the field of 37, 16 riders were double clear in both phases.
