Kent Farrington started the new Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ North American League season exactly where he left off last year—on top. With Greya, the world number one delivered a lightning-fast jump-off round to defend his title in the $340,000 CSI5*-W Grand Prix at Flintfields Horse Park.
Thrilling Jump-Off in the Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel International Ring
The 38 starters were narrowed down to a seven-horse jump-off. Farrington, the last to go, made it look effortless with a time of 39.45 seconds, shaving more than half a second off the nearest challenger.
Smith and Pope Round Out the Podium
Spencer Smith and Keeneland were the first to post a double-clear, clocking 41.00 seconds to finish second. Smith now has his sights set on qualifying for his first FEI World Cup™ Final on home turf in Fort Worth, TX.
Riding into third was Jacob Pope aboard Highway FBH, producing a smooth clear in 41.11 seconds. Pope, who trains with former World Champion Katie Prudent, credited their partnership for consistent performances at the five-star level.

Farrington’s back-to-back wins in Traverse City confirm his dominance and give him the early lead in the 2025/2026 NAL standings with 20 points. The series continues in October at the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ – Washington.
