Sydney Shulman Desiderio Wins the CSI2* Two Phase at WEF

Israel's Sydney Shulman Desiderio won the first class of week five in the International Ring during the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in Wellington. She and the 12-year-old mare Eyepop Semilly topped the field of 64 entries in the CSI2* $6,000 Chrome Horse Tequila Two Phase class.
Laura Chapot and her own 10-year-old Selle Francais gelding Ginola came in second, while fellow American Sloane Coles and A Special Gift Z, a 9-year-old mare, rounded out the top three in the 1.40-meter class.
Nearly half the riders were double clear in both phases.
