This stallion impresses with his remarkable character, his fantastic riding qualities and three exceptionally good paces. He also demonstrated this set of qualities at his stallion performance test in 2021 in Denmark, where he received scores up to 9.0.
His sire Franklin began his career as KWPN Champion Stallion, winner of his stallion performance test in the Netherlands and finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses. Since then, he has been successful in international Small Tour competitions. For his hereditary performance, which includes more than ten licensed stallions, internationally successful sport offspring as well as top-priced auction horses, and thanks to his sport successes, he was named elite stallion in Denmark.
His dam is Sezuan’s full sister, Straight Horse Sezuanna, who was Danish Foal Champion, won her mare performance test and also became Champion Mare in Denmark. Her brother Sezuan is triple World Champion, internationally victorious up to Inter I level and named Elite Stallion and Stallion of the Year. Her full sister Straight Horse Ascenzione won the Small Tour at the CHIO Aachen and the Burg Cup final with Helen Langehanenberg/GER, after taking the fifth and eighth places in the finals of the World Championships for young dressage horses. She produced the licensed stallion Straight Horse Ramses (by Revolution). Her full brother Straight Hors Don Zuan was selected for the World Championships for six-year-old dressage horses with Cathrine Dufour/DEN. His half siblings are Straight Horse Don Tamino (by Totilas)/Philine Brunner/SUI, finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses and successful up to Inter I, and the top price foal Straight Horse Zarina (by Zalabaster).
His dam's sire Zack took part in the Olympic Games in Tokyo/JPN with Nanna Skodborg Merrald/DEN and narrowly missed out on a medal with a fourth place by team. With Daniel Bachmann Andersen/DEN, he was part of the Danish Team at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon/USA and the European Championships in Rotterdam/NED. In 2018 and 2019, the pair was placed in the final of the World Cup. Zack, who is an elite stallion and Stallion of the Year in Denmark, produced over 40 licensed stallions, including our Vice German Champion, Zaunkönig.
Don Schufro, who was team bronze medallist at the Olympic Games in Hong Kong/HKG in 2008 with Andreas Helgstrand/DEN, and Lionell also appear in the pedigree.
His great-grand-dam is the half sister of the licensed stallion Ravelli (by Ratio) and of the Junior and Young Rider European Championship participant Bøgegårdens Limbery (by Limbus).
