With great strides, the 2019 crop is advancing toward the DSP Main Licensing on January 19-22, 2022. 85 stallions will compete at the licensing, which is scheduled for January 19 and 20, 2022, for the show jumping stallions and in the late afternoon of January 20 through January 22 for the dressage stallions.
With the reigning World and European Champion, the German Sport Horse is currently excellently positioned in international sport. Two sons of the elite stallion Askari, sire of the World Champion DSP Alice and dam’s sire of the European Champion DSP Chakaria, will open the show jumping lot. Outstanding and desirable are two offspring of Eldorado van de Zeshoek, who emulate the former licensed competitor, now highly successful internationally, Elektric Blue P. A total of 35 show jumping stallions will compete at the licensing. Emerald van het Rytershof, Diamant de Semilly and Million Dollar are other highly successful international athletes and sires represented with sons in the licensing lot. The Marbach State Stud stallion Uno I made it into the main licensing lot with two offspring from his first crop. One can be curious about the debut of his offspring.
In the dressage lot, which includes 50 stallions, the DSP sires, Secret, the Vice World Champion and Bundeschampion, as well as the DSP premium stallion Don Royal from the Main and County Stud Neustadt an der Dosse, shine above all: Both stallions have 3 offspring each. The E-blood is also not missing in Munich: A son of Escolar, as well as four offspring of Escamillo are competing. The T-blood can be found with a direct Totilas son, a son of Toto JR and two sons of Top Gear. The big M is represented by offspring of Millennium, Maracana and Morricone I. Two sons of Vitalis, three sons of Benicio, two sons of Zackerey and 10 offspring alone from the so popular F-line descending from Fair Game, For Romance I, Falihandro, Floriscount, Fürst Samarant, Fürst Toto and Fürsten-Look round out the outstanding 2022 licensing collection.
The auctions of these hopeful youngsters and sires will take place for the show jumping stallions on January 28, 2022, starting at 7:30 p.m. and for the dressage stallions on January 29, 2022, starting at 7:30 p.m. at dsp.horse24.com.
