Sara Kozumplik and Otta B Quality won the $2,500 Open Welcome (1.35m-1.40m) at HITS Ocala on Thursday. Kozumplik and the Dutch Warmblood gelding rose to the challenge of the pair who directly preceded them, and were the only double-clear jump-off rounds. It was Paul Halpern and M who preceded Kozumplik, and Halpern and the Dutch Warmblood mare came in second.
Hannah Matts and Name of the Game HX finished third.
In a field of nine, six made the jump-off during the Open Welcome at the Post Time Premier II show.
