No gym required- just a yoga mat and a chair or sofa. Whether you’ve just finished a tough training session or an easy hack, this routine helps your body reset and stay balanced in the long run.
 

This recovery routine includes 3 Stretches:

-90/90 Hip Rotations

-Couch Stretch

-Glute Stretch
