The Zangersheide International

From 12 to 16 February, Sentower Park will be transformed into a showcase of Zangersheide excellence, featuring top-level sport, Europe’s premier breeding event, and an unmatched atmosphere!

The action begins on 12 February with two CSI1* classes and the opening competition of the CSI4*. On Thursday, 13 February, all riders return to the arena, with the first Longines Ranking class at 1m50 height taking center stage. The evening will feature the highly anticipated stallion presentation, showcasing the exceptional stallions of Studfarm Zangersheide.

Friday, 14 February, is all about breeding. Over 100 candidate stallions will demonstrate their talent in free jumping for the first time, hoping to impress the stallion jury and earn approval and auction selection. The excitement continues into the evening with stallion classes for 5-, 6-, and 7-year-olds, leading up to the prestigious ‘Sires of the World’ competition!

On Saturday, 15 February, a select group of young stallions will jump at liberty for the second time before the jury makes its final decision on their approval for breeding. Meanwhile, in the main arena, the competition will intensify, starting with the CSI1* classes and culminating in the Longines Ranking class at 1m50. The evening’s highlight will be one of the most anticipated moments of The Zangersheide International—the exclusive ‘Stallion Auction’!

Sunday, 16 February, is ‘Grand Prix Day’! The top riders of the CSI1* will compete in their final class, followed by the grand finale of the event—the CSI4* Grand Prix at 1m55, boasting an impressive prize pool of €100,000!
