Jona works on the simple changes with her horse and trainer Stefan Lange. Their goal is, to optimize Jonas aids, so her gelding Sinatra is more focused on her. While improving the self-carriage with a lot of basics like transitions and Jonas seat, Sinatra gallops a lot better at the end of the training, and is more sensitive for Jonas leg aids.
