RIDE is a brand new series from FEI Originals that takes a deeper look in to the equestrian world. From the forests of New Zealand to the heart of inner city London, we discover the bond between humans and horses that define and shape the lives of millions across the globe.
In episode 1 we hear how veteran service men and women are benefitting from equine therapy in Florida, we find out how Australian Eventer, Megan Jones and her family dealt with the bushfire crisis and we go behind the scenes on the set of children’s horse TV drama, Mystic.
In episode 2 we hear from Indian Eventer Fouaad Mirza about his passion for horses, show jumper Tina Lund tells us why she relocated from Europe to the UAE, we discover Florida’s blossoming equestrian fitness scene and Daniel Bachmann Andersen gives us an update on his latest career move.
In episode 3 we visit the Ebony Horse Club in London to find out how horse riding is benefitting inner city children, we travel to Germany to meet award winning equine photographer Carina Maiwald and we hear the story of Scottish soldier Harry Marshall and how horses helped him with the devastating effects of PTSD.
In episode 4 we hear from British eventer Laura Collett following her first five star win in Pau, Mexican Show Jumper, Eugenio Garza Perez takes us on a stable tour of El Milagro, Para Dressage Rider, Natasha Baker takes to the slope in Switzerland and we find out how the Swedish Eventing Team have been working through the coronavirus pandemic.
In episode 5 we hear from Dressage Rider, Sonnar Murray-Brown about his challenging rise to the top level of the sport. We go to Australia to find out about the Equine Pathways program.
