Sutherland is an ambassador of the Hämelschenburg breeding programme, with two crosses (2nd/3rd) on Schwalbenspiel and dam to three licensed stallions. Moreover, he carries the performance genes of Herzruf, the TB mare Temple Touch and the famous Grand Prix star, Imperio, in close succession. His dam is a sister to Special Motion, the “best jumping stallion” of the 2018 licensing, his second dam a half-sister to champion stallion and successful CCI3* level eventer, Songline, to performance sire Shavalou and premium stallion Saint Cyr as well as to Grand Prix winner Seal and to the elite mares Schwalbenfeder and Schwalbenfest.
