Pangeavanta 5Z (aka Gaia) is an expressive young talent. As a three-year-old she was
Champion Mare at the 2023 CWHBA (Alberta) Breeders’ Show and she recently earned
an impressive score of 74 at the 2024 Global Equine Sires Cup for 4-Year-Old jumpers
(KWPN-NA). Gaia is willing to the jump, with a careful and upwards style. Gaia has
been in the professional hands of Legacy Performance Training for eight months,
including Rocky Mountain Show Jumping (Alberta) schooling. She is smart and
engaging, with a solid understanding of the basics. With the right competitive partner
she’ll quickly take her place within the legacy being created by both her sire and
damline. For more on Pangeavanta 5Z, visit Youtube

Sire: BALOUNITO is by the Grand Prix Jumper Balous Bellini (Balou du Rouet). His
damsire Cornado I (Cornet Obolensky ) was a member of the German team at the Rio
Olympics with rider Marcus Ehning. Balounito’s early talent as a showjumper was
evidenced by his top scores received during his Westfalen performance test in
Neustadt-Dosse, earning 9's for his Character and Temperament, and 9.5 for his
jumping. Now competing with a top US Hunter barn, his elastic movement, scope and
technique has continued to impress. Balounito has sired five licensed stallions and
although his oldest offspring are only eight years of age, from Horse Telex data over
thirty-five percent compete at 1.25m or higher. Balounito offspring are sought after;
recently the Balounito gelding Barack Z sold for 365,000 Euros through the
Zangersheide Auction.
Dam: KWPN Elite DAVANTA V/D RENVILLEHOEVE was imported as a foundation
broodmare for 5Z Farms, bringing the top Dutch Yranta mareline genetics to Canada.
Sire Vleut competed internationally (1.60) and as a sire produces chic and blood-type
competitors. He is also gorgeous, so much so that the Gucci luxury brand chose him as
a brand ambassador, changing his name to Guccio for a time.
Davanta has exceptional ability as a showjumper. During her three-year old keuring she
earned a score of 80 for her free jumping. She went on to win the National Bank
Financial Group competition, the Reserve North American Championship of the
Claybrook Cup, and the KWPN-NA Top Five Award (2013). In addition to her beauty,
her talent is passed on to her progeny, who are working their way up in sport. These
include Jagger (Winner RMSJ Bow Valley Classic 1.30m Modified Grand Prix), Maverick
5Z (2017 Top Seller Fall Classic Breeders’ Sale and top place 1.20-1.30m Jumper) and
Hadron (Hunter – Texas and Florida).
