Onith represents the family of NL-Merrielijn 27, which is considered one of the most important dressage lines in the Netherlands. Onith expects her foal by Viva Vegas in April 2025. Sire Viva Vegas is an exceptional champion stallion, premium stallion and winner of performance test in 2024. At the Danish Warmblood stallion licensing in 2024, the judges described Viva Vegas as an “impressive stallion” and also awarded him the honor of Champion Stallion. Similarly, at his licensing in Munich-Riem in 2023, he was described as an “absolutely exceptional horse,” where he was also the crowd’s favorite, receiving storming applause on his rounds. He confirmed this high esteem at his Performance test in Denmark, which he clearly won with a total of 892 points. The judges awarded scores between 9.0 and 9.5 for canter, rideability and perspective, with 8.9 for trot and 8.5 for walk.
