To Beya Kat EF is a long-legged, well-balanced yearling who has super athletic ability
and plenty of blood. She has an excellent canter, shows very good instincts thru the
jumping chute and although she is on the more sensitive side, she is good to work with.
To Beya Kat EF is the half sister to Hooz Da Kat who is very competitive at the 1.45m
level, another half sister Just A Kat was a winning 1.20m amateur mount and several
other half siblings are starting to move up the levels. She has been allowed to grow up
in a herd setting, learning proper herd dynamics while still having all her routine farrier,
vaccination and worming done.
Sire: O’Connor is a young up and coming Tacorde x Carthago son who is licensed with
Westfalen as well as CSH and CWB. He is a flashy, good-tempered horse with a walk
that scored a 10 at his licensing, to go along with his 9 for canter and 9 for his free
jumping ability. We are excited to continue developing this exceptional young stallion.
His dam Chiara W Z was a wonderful Jr jumper who took her rider all the way from the
1.20m to the 1.50m. She had a fantastic temperament, combined with a huge heart and
desire to jump clean.
Dam: Beya Cat competed in the young horse jumpers before an unfortunate miss step
ended her career. She comes from a strong dam-line which includes many GP jumpers,
including Kobalt, Piekaat, Trooper B, Patent and Lambiek. Beya Cat’s oldest offspring is
the successful 1.45m mare Hooz Da Kat. She produces bold, brave, careful jumpers
who are very competitive along with being good movers.
