She has a big step, and correct paces and her breeding will bring a lot of scope. We expect her to mature 16.2 hh Jade’s sire Quidam Blue was successful to 1.60m under Jill Henslewood. His French and Holsteiner background was the perfect complement to this Holsteiner mare. Jade’s mother Goldmaedel is a premium Holsteiner mare by Cormint. Goldie has excellent paces and super technique over fences. She is a tall, correct mare with classic Holsteiner style, her pedigree combines all the greats from Holstein. Cormint (Calido x Carthago) was reserve champion at his Holsteiner approvals but was sadly injured as a 3 year old. Despite this he has produced a huge number of sport horses. Goldie’s damsire Carry was a 1.60m horse who himself produced several 1.60m horses.
