Wilbur is a flashy young colt who is well put together and has three good gaits. He will be a very competitive partner for someone who wants to succeed in the hunter ring and the young horse model classes. He also has the potential to make an excellent dressage prospect, as both his sire and grandsires have had impressive dressage careers. Wilbur has a wonderful attitude and is lovely to work with on the ground. Sire: Arrezzo is a striking stallion of modern type with correct conformation – beginning his career in the 4 & 5-year-old FEI dressage classes where he consistently received scores in the 70’s and was praised for his natural swing, elasticity of gaits, and superb hind-end drive. Since then, he has pursued a career in the hunter ring where he continues to be competitive in the Open Green rated divisions. He stands out in the hunter ring by his 10+ technique over fences and hack-winning movement. Arrezzo’s babies inherit his intelligence, and all prove to be quick learners, straight forward and incredibly rideable. Dam: Annabelle is sired by the famous hunter, Red Wine, and out of a mare who showed up to the 1.30ms and then after imported was campaigned successfully across North America in both the hunter and jumper rings. Annabelle is approved for breeding with the CWHBA, receiving premium status from the judges. Both babies she has produced to date have had incredible minds, correct confirmation and hack-winning movement.
