Introducing Zazu, a young colt who is an absolute powerhouse of a young prospect. He is large framed with substantial bone, three good gaits and a bold personality. He to be smart, willing to learn and retains his lessons easily. Zazu has a relaxed, easy going temperament and is a favourite on our farm. He has been well socialized and has grown up in a herd environment with his peers. He is a competitive choice of partner for any ring and should excel wherever he is aimed. Sire- Zico is a stunning stallion who was the reserve champion in fall of 2021 in Canada at his stallion licensing. In Avenches before his import to Canada he placed Tenth in foal championships dressage category. He has a total, uncompromised dressage pedigree. His sire, Zonik, needs no introduction after winning the Dutch Grand Tour championships in 2017 and 2018 and qualifying for the 2020 Olympics. His dam Deliah has placements in medium level dressage and qualified for the Spanish championship. The Dam’s full brother is Delioh who just competed in the European Championships of Dressage. Zico’s full sister Zoja von Buchmatt was the 4 year old Swiss mare champion in 2022. Dam- Daisy v is a true foundation type broodmare. To her offspring she passes on her wonderful brain and her foals have easy going temperaments. Physically she passes on her fantastic bone, movement and strong hard hooves. Daisy has jumper lines with stallions such as Lindor z and Le Sauvage but she has offspring competing in eventing, dressage and show jumping across Canada and the U.S.
