Introducing Fasola Du Rouet, affectionately known as "Bean," a three-year-old mare with exceptional jumper potential. Flashy and sweet-natured, Bean stands at 16’3” hands and has been lightly started under saddle. She demonstrates a strong work ethic and a keen willingness to learn, making her an exciting prospect for future success. With her athleticism, willingness, and sweet temperament, Bean is a joy to have in the barn. She loves people and always seeks out scratches, making her a wonderful companion as well as a promising future athlete.
Bean is sired by the talented stallion Balounito, a son of Grand Prix jumper Balous Bellini (by Balou du Rouet). Balous Bellini's exceptional lineage includes Cornado I, a member of the German team at the Rio Olympics with rider Marcus Ehning. Balounito’s own early talent was showcased in his Westfalen performance test at Neustadt-Dosse, where he earned top scores, including 9s for Character and Temperament and an impressive 9.5 for jumping. His elastic movement, scope, and technique have made him a standout in competition, but it is his success as a sire that truly sets him apart. Despite his oldest offspring being only eight years old, over 20% are already competing at 1.30m or higher, with five licensed stallions among his progeny.
Bean’s dam, Inshallah, is a Holsteiner mare who successfully competed up to 1.30m with a junior/amateur rider, further adding to Bean's impressive pedigree. Her full sibling, Ranger, currently competing in Edmonton, is proving to be a promising young horse, reinforcing the quality and consistency of this line.
