Three stallion stations are going to present their stallions on Sunday, February 24th 2013.
The first stallion that will be presented at the Oldenburg Horse Center Vechta, beginning at 2:00 p.m., is the highly refined, four-year old Hanoverian, Flake (by Florencio I-Metternich), who proved to have the best gaits and the highest rideability at his stallion performance test. Next in line in the parade will be the Oldenburg Champion Stallion and Reserve Champion of the stallion performance test mentioned above, For Romance (by Fürst Romancier-Sir Donnerhall I). You will also see the 1st Oldenburg Reserve Champion, Bundeschampionat participant and brand new winner of medium (M) level tests for young dressage horses, Dante Weltino (by Danone I-Welt Hit II), as well as the three-time Bundeschampionat participant, Sean Connery (by Sir Donnerhall I-Rotspon). And, of course, the current Oldenburg Champion Stallion, Follow Me (by Fürstenball-Donnerschwee) will not be missing as well as a further spectacular new comer, the World Champion of young event horses, Mighty Magic (by Mytens xx-Heraldik xx). Lodbergen’s team of dressage stallions will also be complimented by the KWPN stallion, Velvet Touch (by Valdez-Harrlem). The jumper stallions Clark (by Cornet’s Stern-Silvio I), Concalido (by Contendro I-Calido I), Couleur Rubin (by Cordlamé Z-Grannus) and N’oubliez jamais (Nintender-Calido I) from Lodbergen’s partner station, Lee AG in Switzerland, are also expected.
The stallion station Ahlers is going to present seven stallions. The proven stallions Rosengold OLD (by Rohdiamant - Diamant Hit) and the acting Oldenburger Landeschampion Diamo Gold OLD (by Dimaggio – ExLibris) as well as five youngsters. Ahead the new star from the Netherlands: Charmeur (by Florencio – Jazz). Ensuing the UB 40 son El Capone, runner-up of the dutch stallion performance test and Don Tango (by Contango – Jazz). Beyond that, two stallions which had an excellent result at the stallion performance test, Best Of Gold (by Belissimo - Diamond Hit) and Bellini Gold (by Belissimo - De Niro) will show us their qualities under the saddle.
The stallion station Jens Meyer is going to show seven stallions of different age. Starting is the newcomer Funtime (by Ampere/Sandro Hit). Then they will show Beltano (by Belissimo/Hohenstein). Beltano finished his 30-day-test in Schlieckau with a dressage score of 145 points. Next in line will be the seven year old Lord Laurie (by Lord Loxley/Lauries Crusador xx), who qualified for the Bundeschampionat and is now preparing for his first starts in advanced level classes. With Deveraux the stallion sation Jens Meyer shows a son of Depardieux/Donnerhall, who was Hanoverian Champion as a four year old and as a five year old he was ranked in the young horse world breeding championships. Next in line are Rob Roy and Hampton, both successful in advanced level classes. Hampton was just able to win his first ever Intermediare I in Verden. Last but not least Damsey will be presented. Damsey won his first Grand Prix’s in 2012.
