9. Reit - und Springturnier in der Massener Heide

The fact that the equestrian center in the " Massener Heide" in Unna is something special is wellknown far beyond the country's borders by this time. In 2012 honored with ***** by the FN in several sections the 150,000 Square meters facility meets all requirements of horses and riders. As umbrella organization the Reitsport GmbH combines a unique collection of equestrian sports, gastronomy, hotel business, and equestrian store with online shop and soon a brandnew stallion station in the Massener Heide. From 25th April to 1th May 2012 the equestrian center Massener Heide in Unna invites everyone to the 9th Horse Show. The equestrian sports event attracts up to 100,000 spectators annually in april with top-class sport, an exclusive shopping and entertainment area and Italian and Westphalian gatronomic specialities. With about 55 competitions in seven days, both, the high performance sports as well as popular sports are represented in Unna. A great show wil be offered to the audience starting with lead-rein competition followed by dressage and jumping competitions of all levels up to the advanced classes. Many sports highlights guarantee a rich and exciting programm: - Qualifying for the Bundeschampionate Warendorf -Qualifying for the German and Westphalian Championships of Youngsters - Top-class dressage, including Prix St. Georges, Intermediare II, Short Grand-Prix, Grand Prix- Freestyle and top class jumping with winning round - Veltins Oldie-Cup and Senior LVM-Cup On Thursday, 26th April 2012, ClipMyHorse.tv broadcasts the competitions of the day. In Massener Heide even the part of the family that isn't so interested in horses gets its money's worth. A high-powered car and motorcycle show and the unveiling of the seven meter high horse sculpture of the known sculptor Bernd Moenikes are examples for the non-sport highlights of the horse show. The exhibitors from various industries at the shopping and entertainment area are invite to stroll and browse: The equestrian store Equitan presents latest trends in equipment and accesories and fashion for horse and rider.
