A special event highlight that only takes place once every ten years will be held from September 12–14, 2025. The VII Trakehner National Mare Show will take place at the historic Hofgut Kranichstein in Darmstadt, Hesse.
The three-day program kicks off on Friday evening with a Trakehner Fireside Chat, live with Erhard Schulte. On Saturday, the national mare competitions will be held in various classes, followed by the selection of the National Champion Mares. In the evening, visitors can look forward to a hybrid foal auction. Sunday will be dedicated to the proclamation of the National Champion Mares and the National Champion Mare Families.
