The final Hunter Derby Friday of the 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series occurred under clear skies at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, attracting over 100 top hunter combinations for an afternoon of competition. Course designer Kevin Holowack presented riders with various challenges, including sweeping tracks and technical inside options that tested their skills. In the $75,000 Golden Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby, Daniel Geitner and the 15-year-old Oldenburg gelding Walk The Moon, owned by Lynn Seithel, delivered an outstanding performance to secure the victory.
