Charlotte Jacobs Wins The Speed Class Day 2 of the Coachella Cup

American Charlotte Jacobs and RIncoola Milsean sped to victory in Major League Show Jumping's $32,000 1.45m FEI*2 Speed by BrainJuice class. Jacobs and the 12-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding zipped around the course in 56.56 seconds, just under 2 seconds faster than second-place finisher Erynn Ballard of Canada. Ballard and Chatadel PS, who followed Jacobs in the order of go, jumped around in 58.51 seconds.
Ireland's Conor Swail and Theo 160 finished third, with 58.64 seconds.
Jacobs and Swail are part of the Trelawny Trailblazers team while Ballard is part of the team Desert International Horse Park Roadrunners.
Two Americans rounded out the top 5 under the sun in the California desert.

Tony Stormanns, who won Wednesday's $1,000 1.40m FEI2* Two Phase by ClipMyHorse.TV riding Suprise, finished sixth with the same mount, and a time of 59.81, the last pair to finish under 60 seconds. In all, 24 of the field of 56 riders jumped clear.

Callie Schott and Garant Fly To a Win in the MLSJ Palm Springs Grand Prix
