The K+K Cup is one of the top events in Westphalia and has its 131st anniversary from 11 - 15 January 2012. The entertaining mix of show jumping and dressage sport with top riders from Germany and abroad, the legendary farmer’s Olympics, the stallion gala show and the K+K jumping course party is going to create an attractive equestrian event in the well-known horse riding country Westphalia.
And the Westphalians will officially start the event on Wednesday, 11 January 2012 with a team show jumping class and a team dressage class, the stallion gala show with sires of 5 important local breeding stations.
For the 76th time the local riding clubs will be fighting for the challenge cup of the city of Münster in the Karl-Gessmann-Memorial-Award where they won’t make each other gifts – here they try to improve their choreographies, intensify their jumping training and evoke their team spirit.
In Münster, the new season of the international MASTERS LEAGUE will be opened only four weeks after the great finale in Frankfurt 2011.
And the international Dressage Series MEGGLE CHAPMPIONS will offer the last chance to qualify for the SIGNAL IDUNA CUP in Dortmund’s Westphalia Arena. Also for the LMV Youngsters Championship will be competed in Münster with young talented dressage horses and the Price of the “Raiffeisenmärkte” offers a great sporting platform for young talented dressage riders.
The combination of top sport and the horse enthusiastic region creates an entertaining and unique mixture which is typical for the K+K Cup in the Münsterland Arena. Tickets will be sold quickly so horse fans should make rapid decisions.
