Since the two young stallions Finest Selection by Follow Me OLD and Quel Plaisir by Quantensprung performed outstandingly at their licensing in Vechta and Muenster-Handorf and furthermore the National Championship-fourth Best for Me OLD by Bretton Woods finished his stallion performance test in Schlieckau with fantastic results, Urs Schweizer thinks very optimistic about the upcoming year. "Finest Selection, Quel Plaisir and Best For Me OLD will complete our stallion collection very well. Of course, we are especially proud about the fact that all three stallions are from our own rearing and they have been discovered by us as foals stabled with their breeders." The managing director of the Dressage Horse Performance Centre Lodbergen (DLZ) hopes, that the stud will be able to beat the outstanding record of the year 2016 with this special offer again. The next public presentation of the three four-legged future sires Finest Selection, Quel Plaisir and Best For Me OLD as well as their stable-neighbours Follow Me OLD, For Romance I OLD, First Ampere, Frascino, Herakles, Rock For Me, Royal Doruto OLD and Rubin Royal OLD is imminent: On Sunday 11th of December the DLZ is going to invite to the annual breeder's advent. From 11 am on, breeders and horse friends can inspect the quality of the DLZ stallions. The beautiful Finest Selection comes from the first year of the stallion Follow Me OLD, who is also stationed at the DLZ and who has become Ib main-premium winner and Oldenburg State Champion. With his dam-sire Lauries Crusador xx Finest Selection offers a valuable blood-line. On top of that from the Hanoverian dam-line come numerous top breeding and sport horses. Quel Plaisir owns the rare and quite demanded coat colour chocolate-chestnut. He comes from the Dressage Horse World Championship bronze winner Quantensprung, who is herewith able to celebrate his successful debut as stallion in breeding. Also in next generations in Quel Plaisir’s pedigree, the best Trakehner-blood-line sensure the necessary performance indicators. The four-years-old dark-chestnut Best For Me OLD comes from Bretton Woods, who has been successful under Matthias Alexander Rath up to Inter I level. The dam-line goes back to the famous Oldenburg tribe of Edosta. Following the approximately two-hour stallion presentation at the breeder's advent, the DLZ team and Urs Schweizer will be available for questions and consultations. The admission is free.
